Refund Policy
At LOF Studios, we are committed to delivering high-quality short-form content tailored to your brand’s needs. Due to the creative nature of our services, we maintain the following refund policy:
Non-Refundable Services
All payments made for content creation, editing, or strategy services are non-refundable once work has commenced. This is because significant time, planning, and creative resources are invested from the start of each project.
Before Work Begins
Refund requests made prior to any work starting any work (including our video consultation) may be eligible for a 50% refund, to cover administrative and processing costs.
Cancellations After Project Start
Once production, editing, or consultation work has begun, no refunds will be issued. However, we are happy to make reasonable revisions in line with the agreed project scope to ensure your satisfaction.
Revisions & Satisfaction
We offer a up-to two rounds of revisions per project to ensure your content meets expectations. Additional revisions beyond this may incur an extra fee.
Delivery Delays
If a delay occurs on our end that significantly impacts your delivery timeline (and not due to client delays such as lack of materials or approvals), we may offer a partial refund or credit at our discretion.
Digital Products or Templates
Any pre-made content, templates, or digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
